Randy took me under his wing when I knew absolutely nothing about herding. He has mentored me over the years, and through his straight forward, practical approach and clear instruction, my dogs and I are successful on the trial field, and capable of most any job required. He is generous with his time, and does not keep secrets. If you are able to work with Randy, you should.

When I first met Randy Dye my dog was shut down and I was ready to quit! Within a few short lessons he completely turned us around and I quickly had a happy and competent sheep dog! Randy is a great communicator and gives a clear path forward on how to build a great partnership with your working dog. He is a very successful on the trial field and knows exactly how to help you get from novice to open and build your confidence as a handler. He is a great mentor and a very passionate contributor to the sheep dog community. I highly recommend his lessons and clinics to help you reach your dreams!
